1. After-sales service acceptance conditions

1). Because the actual amount of goods is not correct, the model does not match, product quality problems require returning customers, and the return application can be proposed within two weeks after receiving the goods, which is not accepted.

2). Retreating goods, please keep intact original packaging (including external packaging, internal filling) and ensure that the goods label is good, the goods label is the only credentials of the Chengshi Electronics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and suppliers coordinated with suppliers.If there is any lost, it will not be able to return.

3). If the product quality problem is applied for return, customers need to provide detailed English version of performance test report as a negotiation basis for the Nianze Electronics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and suppliers.If necessary, it is also necessary to provide third-party English test reports recognized by both parties.

4). Orders that have issued an invoice are returned to the invoice after returning the application.

2. After-sales service is not accepted

1). Product original packaging and cargo labels have been damaged.

2). Products have been used / tested.

3). The delivery time exceeds two weeks (subject to the date of receipt of the delivery).

4). It has issued an invoice loss.

5). Customer's own causes of misunderstandings.

4. After-sales service processing time
